Privacy Notice
How Tech Trade handles account, security, support and transaction-related personal data.
Data we process
Depending on your use, Tech Trade may process email address, username, locale, security history, hashed network/device signals, support content, wallet or blockchain addresses, transaction identifiers and platform activity records.
Why we process it
Data is used to create and secure accounts, prevent abuse, operate payments and Matrix features, keep audit history, provide support, reconcile blockchain activity and meet applicable legal or security obligations.
Security and minimization
Sensitive secrets such as passwords are not stored in plaintext. Security systems may store hashed IP or user-agent signals rather than raw values where the raw value is not required for the purpose.
Service providers and blockchain
Infrastructure, email and blockchain providers may process limited data needed to deliver their service. Public blockchain addresses and transactions are inherently visible on the relevant network and cannot be made private by Tech Trade.
Retention
Financial, security, audit and acceptance records may be retained longer than ordinary profile data where necessary for reconciliation, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal obligations. Retention periods must be configured in line with the operator’s applicable law.
Requests and contact
Use the public support channel or configured legal contact to request access, correction or other privacy actions available under applicable law. Identity verification may be required before a request is fulfilled.
